Ring money bangle in sterling silver Sheila Fleet is an award winning jewellery designer working on Orkney in Scotland.

The shapes and colours of her handcrafted jewellery are inspired by the sea, sky and landscape of her island environment and its strong Celtic influences.

For example, the Ring Money bangles illustrated here were inspired by the Skaill Hoard, a 1,000 year-old viking treasure found a century and a half ago on the Orkney mainland.
