N3 area information
Finchley Central lies to the north of London, between North Finchley and Hendon. The majority of the property in the area is Victorian or Edwardian with the finest examples found in the Church End district. Despite this wealth of period properties prices in the area still compare favourably with the neighbouring areas of East Finchley and Hampstead Garden suburb.
Victoria Park is a formal Victorian Park with modern facilities such as a children’s playground and café. The main entrance is on Ballards Lane but there are additional entrances on Park View Road and Seymour Road.
Finchley Central Northern Line Underground Station is located on Ballards Lane with a journey time to Central London of around twenty minutes.
