N15 area information
London N15 encompasses the areas of Seven Sisters, South Tottenham and West Green. The postcode spans the London Boroughs of Haringey and Hackney.
The 2012 Olympics have kick-started a huge regeneration programme in the area. A large portion of the development funds will be channelled in to the south Tottenham and Tottenham Hale areas. In a separate development scheme a consultation exercise has recently finished relating to the area known as “Wards Corner” in Seven Sisters. This especially rundown part of town is set to be transformed over the next few years.
To the east of N15 are the Tottenham Marshes. The marshes cover an area of over 100 acres and are a haven for many types of wildlife. They are now part of The Lea Valley Park.
Train lines run through N15 from north to south and east to west. The “One” line stops at Seven Sisters station on its way to Central London and the “Silverlink” stops off at South Tottenham before going on to Gospel Oak. Seven Sisters is also a tube station located on the Victoria Line (zone 3).
