N11 area information
London N11 encompasses the areas of Arnos Grove, Bounds Green and New Southgate.
Its proximity to Muswell Hill probably makes Bounds Green the most desirable part of the post code although in reality it probably has more in common with N22 Neighbour, Wood Green. There are a good selection of smaller style period properties in the Bounds Green, particularly on the roads to the east of the station while larger inter-war properties can be found between Bounds Green Road and Muswell Hill Golf Club.
A large chunk of New Southgate is taken up with the industrial estates adjacent to the North Circular Road although to the north of the area, over Frien Barnet Road, there are several popular turnings of Victorian terraced properties.
The largest open space in the area is located to the rear of the Arnos Grove Station. Arnos Park boasts a children's playground, bowling green, cricket/football pitches, putting green and tennis courts within its 44 acres.
Piccadilly Line trains pass through the park along an eye catching brick built viaduct and can be caught from the nearby Arnos Grove Underground Station with a journey time to Central London of around twenty minutes.
Alternatively there is Bounds Green Underground Station, also on the Piccadilly Line, or the National Rail station in New Southgate.
