Injection moulding quality finish on a product’s ‘A’ surface can be achieved at a much lower tooling cost, using our high definition thermoforming techniques.
Our processes meet the high demands of cabin cladding, whether for trim, seat and arm rest panels for aircraft, trains, boats and coaches.
We can work with customers’ existing tooling or drawings to produce standard vacuum formed products, or we can engineer the product to our process giving an enhanced finish equivalent to injection moulding appearance.
