AV Engineering’s high definition thermo forming techniques are moving vacuum formed products to a new level of excellence. They produce a quality finish on the 'A' surface of a product at much lower tooling cost than injection moulding, and allow production from one unit upwards to be economically produced.

Applications for our high definition techniques ranging from aircraft cabin interiors, vehicle interiors, and fridge liners, to point of sale (POS) displays and packaging. Our process is approved and certified to BS EN ISO 9001 and we maintain a strict environmental recycling policy.
